Joni is a certified professional coach and executive with over 27 years of global experience in the financial services and telecommunications industries for both the private and public sectors. Joni was a Principal with Deloitte Consulting for over 18 years where she advised and coached clients on strategic transformation efforts across people, process, and technology dimensions as well as achieving personal goals. This included experience in large scale system implementations, process optimization, operating models, change management, training, leadership and succession, and M&A. She builds high performing teams to deliver on strategic priorities. Joni’s passion is inspiring and empowering women, historically marginalized individuals, and girls to step into their leadership. She also consults with organizations to help women thrive. As a mother of two girls, she believes it is imperative that we invest in growing strong girls and women to create a stronger world. It is this passion that fueled Joni to start the Inner Rock Group.

 

Joni is certified in neuroscience coaching and helps clients understand their chemistry and how to use science to achieve breakthroughs and results. She works 1:1 with executives on strategy / execution / coaching, provides leadership development programs, elevates sales performance through strategic consulting / executive coaching / professional sales development training, and group coaching / webinars / professional development workshops. Joni is also the author of the children’s book, Tootalina, targeted at our youngest leaders focused on self-acceptance and resilience. She is the author of two upcoming business books Lead from Inside Out, and BD for Nerds. She has a podcast called Strong Women. Stronger World. Joni’s speaking topics include leadership, neuroscience, and business development.
