Supreme Court Reform

Within the past few years, the United States Supreme Court has undergone a dramatic change in both judicial philosophy and approach to interpreting our Constitution and statutes.  We need reform - as the stakes for all generations of women could not be higher.  Professor Caroline Fredrickson and I are partnering on an analysis of the current situation and proposals to protect the rights of women in America.
