Linda Keene Solomon

Linda is a 30+ year executive with public board director (Nasdaq: KSCP) experience, and a former 19+ year Deloitte senior consulting partner recognized for building the firm’s $1.5B federal practice. She is an expert in growing businesses operating in regulated and complex markets, and advises on revenue/earnings performance, M&A/integration strategies, and federal
compliance requirements. Linda serves on audit, and compensation committees and advises on cybersecurity and risk management matters. She played a pivotal role in establishing 100+ revenue generating business partnerships (including
software alliance partnerships), was instrumental in leading 50+ security and public-private partnership initiatives to stand up the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its cybersecurity regulatory agency, and led global supply chain and technology transformation programs for Deloitte Federal and Commercial flagship international clients including, ExxonMobil, Monsanto, and General Motors. Her experience spans across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

 

As CEO of Wellspring Solutions, Inc., Linda advises executive leadership teams on growth strategies and business development tactics. She recently helped a CEO client and his team redirect their resources to target and win nine-figure
deals. Linda personally led double-digit growth for ten consecutive years as a P&L and executive leader. She was a sponsor of Deloitte’s acquisition and integration of BearingPoint’s U.S. government practice and led the combined Deloitte/BearingPoint Homeland Security practice. She regularly worked with government and Fortune 50 Federal Business Leaders and maintains a network of active executive and client contacts and relationships.


A passionate diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate and groundbreaking role model for women and especially women of color, Linda is recognized for investing in the development of all people. Today, she is particularly devoted to supporting
youth and is the founder and CEO of STEMbiotic Communities, Inc., an organization created to align STEM resources from corporate, academic, non-profit, and government to support young people that need them most. STEMbiotic advises Fortune 100s and universities on improving and scaling the ROI of STEM outreach programs and has also created a global leadership and cross-cultural exchange platform to expose youth to all corners of the world.

 

Linda has expertise and experience in board governance; she has led board CEO search and governance committees. She was selected to serve on Deloitte USA’s CEO Nominating and Partner Compensation Committees and currently serves on
the Deloitte Foundation Board. Linda is also an officer of TalentNomics, Inc., an organization operating in both India and the United States, and treasurer of the Rotary Foundation Board of Washington DC. Previously, she was an elected director and officer of the Homeland Security and Business Defense Council’s Board, a Fortune 50 security industry association, and committee chair of the American Red Cross NCR Board.

 

Linda was invited by the Secretary of State to speak at the U.S. Department of State’s Tri-Lateral Japan-South Korea-U.S. Women’s Leadership Forum and spoke at the HBCU nationwide Call to Action Summit on Health Integration, Innovation,
and Racial Justice. Publications include “Partnership – From the Stone Age to Tri-Sector Ecosystems” and a recent article focused on guiding Millennial and Gen-Z employees. Awards have included Consulting Magazine’s “Top 25 Consultants”,
Women in Technology’s Leadership Award, the Harlem YMCA Black Achiever’s Award, and the Homeland Security Partnership Award.

Linda has a BA in Computer Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. She has traveled throughout the U.S., Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America, and has completed six marathons and is active in tennis and bridge card playing.
